Return & Exchange Policy

  • We accept returns/exchanges only for damaged or wrong products.
  • You must send an unboxing video (without cuts) or through video call within 24 hours of delivery for verification.
  • The unboxing video should contain the video of opening of the seal to removing the product from the box without any cuts.
  • No return/exchange for size issues, dislikes, or after 24 hours.
  • Once approved, we will offer either:
    • Replacement, or
    • Store credit (valid for 30 days).
  • Return shipping charges may apply.
