- All jewellery is carefully quality-checked before shipping.
- Customers are requested to handle jewellery gently and keep away from perfumes or other unknown chemicals to maintain shine and longevity of the jewellery.
- When not in use, customer is requested to keep the jewellery in the pouch provided or any other soft pouch to maintain shine and prevent from scratches.
- Do not store multiple jewellery pieces together in the same pouch.
- Keep every piece of jewellery in separate individual pouches to avoid scratches, tangling or damage.
