Frequently asked questions

What is your jewellery made of?

At Adorn by Reema, we primarily use 304 and 316 Stainless Steel, known for their durability, shine, and everyday comfort.

Our stainless steel jewellery is:

Water-resistant
Rust-resistant
Hypoallergenic

Is your jewellery waterproof?

Our 304 & 316 Stainless Steel jewellery is water-resistant, but not completely waterproof. While the stainless steel base is resistant to water, frequent or prolonged exposure to water can gradually affect the gold plating and finish.

To keep your jewellery looking beautiful for as long as possible, we recommend avoiding frequent contact with:

• Water & moisture

• Perfumes

• Lotions & creams

• Soaps & shampoos

• Sanitizers

• Harsh cleaning chemicals

A little accidental water exposure is okay, but regular contact with water may cause the plating to fade over time which cannot be restored .For the longest-lasting finish, keep your jewellery dry and put it on after applying perfumes, lotions and other products.

What about your ethnic jewellery?

Our ethnic collection is crafted using high-quality German Silver.

With proper care, these pieces can retain their beauty for years.

To keep them looking their best:

● Store them in the provided pouch after use.

● Keep them away from moisture and humidity.

● Avoid direct contact with perfumes, water, and other chemicals.

● Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth before storing.

What are your statement pieces made of?

Our statement jewellery is also crafted primarily from 304 & 316 Stainless Steel, making it durable, comfortable, and suitable for long wear.

Many of these designs feature premium embellishments such as:

● Nano-setting stones

● Zircon stones (Cubic Zirconia)

These stones are carefully set to create a luxurious look while maintaining durability for regular use.

How should I care for my jewellery?

To keep your jewellery looking its best:

● Store each piece in a pouch or jewellery box when not in use.

● Avoid prolonged exposure to perfumes, lotions, sanitizers, and harsh chemicals.

● Wipe with a soft cloth after wearing.

● Keep ethnic jewellery away from moisture for maximum longevity.

With a little care, your jewellery will continue to shine beautifully for years.
